On Day 15 of the Inter-University Esports Championship ‘22 Powered by SLT-Mobitel, with 6/16 games were concluded. ANC scores their first gold medal in Asset Corsa.
In Asseto Corsa, ‘Navira’ Joshua of ANC scored a gold medal with tremendous craftsmanship with a 20+ second lead over 1st runner up UOM’s Haritha ‘HarithaGadgets’ Weerathunga and 2nd runner up Sunera ‘The Annihilator’ Munasinghe in Day 1 and just above a 5-second lead over ‘Haritha Gadgets’ in the final map of a hard fought Day 2 by the champion.
Gold medals won by various institutions in prior games have diluted the possibilities of a repeat champion and set the way for a new champion to emerge this year.
